Bill entered the Great Hall for the Leaving Feast by the main doors, sauntering up the aisle towards the Head Table as only he could. Neville could tell he was wearing his motorcycle boots tonight – they were responsible for this particular swagger.
Feigning an interest in what Professor Sinistra was telling him about the upcoming lunar eclipse, Neville surreptitiously eyed Bill's lean body, showcased as it was in slim fitting denims and a faded, Weird Sisters concert T-shirt. As he approached the head table, Bill buttoned up the robe that had been flowing behind him as he walked, and slipped into his seat at the end of the table opposite to where Neville was currently seated. By way of greeting, Bill cocked his head slightly towards Neville, and his earring glinted in the candlelight.
Later, once the students had all been tucked away in their dormitories for their last night at Hogwarts before summer hols, Neville was able to see the rest of Bill's glorious body, scars and all, in the privacy of his quarters near the greenhouses.
