So, I couldn't seem to get IJ to let me do much of anything yesterday. I couldn't read posts and I couldn't get my own journal to open to post either. So, I'm going to post yesterdays and todays while I can.

I didn't get any of my Thanksgiving day prep done yesterday. Will have to make up for that today.

Well, I can't seem to think of anything to talk about. oh well.

The Princes had a long history of involvement in politics, and Remus was not surprised to learn that Eileen Prince had met her husband during work on a campaign to deal with an infestation of bundimuns in Muggle buildings in an obscure Eastern European village.

"Severus?" A tall woman gripped an ornately carved cane. "My goodness. The Black girls owled me with the news."

"Gran." Severus' fingers dug into Remus' palm. "This is Remus Lupin. My - "

"We'll discuss this over tea," said Audrey Prince.

By now many of you have seen or heard about the situation with HPFandom and Hex Files. At this moment in time, HSSHSH is only currently located in its full capacity at The Silver Snitch 2. AFF continues to maintain that SLS does not exist as a member. Although you can still access the story there, it is missing the 2 most current chapters. It was decided that we needed one place that would be able to house everything, just in case of possible loss of data and have come up with a solution.

We have opened a community on Dreamwidth to house the fic and all of the side pieces. We will be uploading the entirety of HSSHSH as well as all the fics from Stirs at this new location.

I know... another comm to join? Well, maybe. DW has the largest posting limit of the three journaling sites and it can be accessed by OpenID as well, so we felt that this would a perfect place to house Hols in its entirety.

“So you have stated that blasted 'Law' repeatedly, but I assure you, it is distinguishable and punishable.”

Severus swept through the classroom, book in hand. He turned once, sketched a slight bow, then glided out the door into the dark corridor.

Charity repressed a laugh until she was certain Severus had descended at least two levels. He was so determined to prove that her favorite author was a hack that he forgot the bottle of red ink he came to borrow. She disagreed with him whole-heartedly about Elsworth Haynes, however.

Severus missed dinner that evening, enthralled with Imperial Earth.

This is an unusual recipe for Chocolate Pudding, in that, you bake it in the oven rather than on the stove.  Doing so eliminates the need for cornstarch, and makes for a very silky pudding..

My grandmother passed away 2 hours ago and I couldn't get to the hospital fast enough to see her before she passed.

She was 92 years old and lived through almost 3 wars, she lost 2 children at childbirth and her husband after 11 years of marriage. She raised me and my brother when my mother went to work and she loved us unconditionally and passionately. I love you grandma, I hope it's better out there wherever you are.
